Boss Poe, CCIM has joined Hobby Properties as of November 2011 after 10-years with York Properties. Boss is focused exclusively on developing relationships with retail tenants, landlords, sellers, and retail landowners, as well as buyers of commercial property. Boss is prepared to take on challenging projects and work hard in order to finish whatever he starts. His commitment to the commercial real estate industry is evidenced by his specialized continuing education at the national level and his determination to satisfy the goals of the people he represents on a daily basis. Boss is proud to be a CCIM, past VP/Secretary/Treasurer with the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors, a past member of the Board of Directors for the Alice Aycock Poe Center for Health Education, and past member of the Regional Transportation Alliance and a current board member of Hilltop Home.
